Abstract:

Residents of the district of Leh, Directorate of Al-Dhaher at the Governorate of Sa’ada, woke up from their sleep to hear the sounds of the flight of the Saudi military alliance in the airspace opening the sound barrier to intimidate the population. Not only that, two warplanes, at seven o’clock on Saturday, June 23, 2018, four air raids targeted two civilian houses in the village of Al-Maather in the area of Leh. These houses were inhabited by two families, mostly children and women. The fourth strike targeted one of the two family while they are escaping the house and resort to one of the reefs of the region. The raid resulted in the death (5) civilians, including two women and two children one of whom is still infant not aged a year yet. The houses targeted were destroyed and damaged more (6) civilian houses nearby. in addition to that the raids injuries, panic and terror among the 7 civilian families, mostly women and children, who were living in their homes neighboring the two targeted houses.
