Legal Center condemns the bombing of Al-Kamees Market

Legal Center for Rights and Development monitored and documented the heinous crimes that are committed by Saudi Arabia and its alliance against Yemen, either through its warplanes in the air or through armed militias gained on the ground and the last of which was a horrible crime that committed yesterday. They targeted shoppers in Mastaba district- Hajja province, the bombing on the market leds to kill more than 110 civilians and wound dozens most of them are children, who their bodies were scattered all over the place in a terrible sight, shake the global conscience of mankind. In addition, executions, lynching, crimes and torture to death committed a few days ago in the city of Taiz in a horrific and shocking scene that expresses the violations and crimes by AL-Mikhlafi armed militias belonging to the forces of the Saudi alliance. Legal center is condemning strongly these crimes that represent genocide war crimes against Geneva Conventions and the Protocols and all documents of international humanitarian law. Legal center calls on the global human conscience and the international community to get out for suspicious silence toward the ugly war that is committed by Saudi Arabia and its alliance against Yemen and Yemenis. Those crimes are all criminalize – and we also condemn these crimes strongly – and feel sorry for lackluster performance and the shameful role for the international community and concerned organizations led by the United Nations in all its organs and its various institutions, which enticed those parties to continue and commit heinous war crimes. Legal center has been monitoring hundreds of these crimes; therefore, the center renews its call to the international community and all international and local organizations and human rights activists, and all liberals of the world to support the values of humanity, condemn and expose the perpetrators of these crimes, stand by the Yemeni human side, pressure on the United Nations Organization and the Security Council to carry out their duties and take deterrent measures conferred by the Charter of the United Nations to stop these crimes against the Yemeni people and to bring those responsible and accomplice with them to an international and fairly trial promptly to achieve deterrence for criminals and remedies for the victims, which will limit the inevitable risk of continuing and widening Saudi Arabia and terrorism warplanes and its alliance and crimes on a public market, which was crowded with civilians and sellers and rejected by Man-made laws, heavenly laws, and the human values and condemned by the fixed and legally documented laws of the Yemeni people, which has already become threaten human existence and stability.
