Abstract:

Saudi Arabia and its alliance since the beginning of its war in26 March 2015 on Yemen still violating the principles and provisions of international humanitarian law and international public law through committing war crimes and genocide against civilians mostly children, women and the elders.  At 1 am on Sunday 3/6/2018, the warplanes of Saudi coalition launched an air strike targeting a popular house inhabited by 13 persons belong to Ali Jarullah Hajar’s family, most of whom are children, their house is located in Al-Ashah Area –Baqim Directorate – Sa’ada Governorate. The raid killed 10 members of the family, 8 children and two women, and wounded three of them, the father of the family and two of his sons. One of injured victims was a female baby in the first spring of her birth. The raid completely destroyed their house and damaged their farm of coffee.
