((Killed 23 civilians and injured 32 others, also destroyed the houses and service and governmental facilities))

Time: over 24 hours

Place of Violation: Saada and Al-Jawf.

Violator: Saudi – led Coalition “war on Yemen”

Type of violation: Missile and artillery bombardment targeted Saada province with phosphorous, cluster and internationally forbidden bombs, also bombed the civilians and gathering walkers in public road, they destroyed civilian facilities and residential neighborhoods.

– Casualties and damages:

AL-Jawf Province:

1Bombed the gathering of civilians’ cars in (Al-Yatamah) area that led to kill 10 and injure 15 civilians.

Saada Province:

2- killed 13 civilians and injured 17 others.

3-They destroyed the tomb of Mr. Hussein Badr Eddin al-Houthi in (Maran) area.

3- Destroyed the communications network that led Saada to be out of coverage.

4- Destroyed many residential neighborhoods, governmental, service institutions in the city of Saada.

5- Destroyed (Omer Bin Abdulaziz) school in (Maran) area.

6- Destroyed a bakery in (Maran) area.

7- Destroyed a public market in (Razih) area.
